DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. We only ship within the United States, but we DO NOT SHIP to UTAH or SOUTH DAKOTA.

I live in orlando. can I pick up my order?

Yes! If you live in the Orlando area and would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, we will meet you at an agreed upon public location to deliver your order to you. To do this, contact us before you place your order! We do not refund shipping cost AFTER you have placed your order. You will be required to email (info@howardgcigars.com) or text (407.738.6651) a copy of your drivers license or a government issued ID. We will provide you with a unique offer code to place your order.

WHAT DELIVERY METHOD IS USED FOR SHIPPING?

We ship all orders through USPS Priority Mail. *See the USPS transit map for approximate package arrival date.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders are processed during our business hours on weekdays and are shipped promptly within two business day excluding Holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. *See the USPS transit map for approximate package arrival date.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?

Once an online order had been submitted, it cannot be changed online. We may be able to modify or cancel the order if the time between the submitted order and the packaging of the order is caught in time before it is shipped out. My order was returned to howard g cigars, what do I do?

All sales are final once they have shipped. Please be sure to double check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to notify you of the return and verify the shipping address provided. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to reship your order. Returned orders will not be refunded to you. Shipping costs are also non refundable. 

CAN MY ORDER BE RETURNED?

All sales are final once they have shipped. We do not accept returns of premium cigars. We will exchange apparel as long as the item has not been worn. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the old item and ship the new item.
